They are currently working with fixed venues and location catering across London and bring to Club over 30 years of experience. Blue Strawberry Group is renowned for its enthusiastic and friendly team providing a premium level of service excellence. The Chef brigade works within Michelin starred environments, undertakes extensive research and development to ensure that their world class menus are authentic, inventive and full of flavour. Sustainability and ethical sourcing are key to its operation including as much local produce as possible and a creative approach to special dietary requirements.
