With our fabulous location only 9 miles from the centre of London, 5 minutes from Richmond Station and large parking capacity, we offer the perfect solution for your corporate away day. There are many hotels in Richmond, many of which we have links to and can work with you to arrange a great team day and evening; our Clubhouse is also available for hire.
Half Days (3 Hours)- morning or afternoon: Arrival refreshments, wooden horse tuition, stick & ball & a mini match!
Full days (6 hours)- Arrival refreshments, wooden horse tuition, stick & ball & a match. Lunch or Dinner in the Clubhouse
Introduction - Meet & greet introductory
Foot mallets – we take you through the various swings on foot with the short mallets & introduce you to the rules
Wooden horse – jump on woody our life size wooden horse to learn how to swing the stick and hit various shots from a full size horse
On the horse – time to get on a real horse! We start nice and slow on the horse, taking you though the swings and having a go at hitting the ball on the field
Mini game – let the games commence, this is the part where the competitive attendees come into their own. We get everyone involved with a mini game at the end to feel what it’s like to be on the field in a competitive situation
Please note the minimum group size is 6 people.
We are able to offer further capacity for other outdoor activities should you wish to include this within your day such as croquet, bowls, badminton……..
All tuition is conducted by HPA qualified instructors. We do suggest that all participants can ride a horse to a level of confident canter, however, we can tailor a package to a smaller number for complete beginners.
