New for 2019- HPC Fitness

Fitness is key to playing polo at your best and our Head Coach has developed a fitness training programme that will improve your strength, stamina and posture while riding. There is a range of training options available to suit your availability and budget- we have an indoor fitness facility as well as access to our fantastic grounds and Richmond Park.

Our Head Coach, Jason Warren is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and an HPA qualified polo coach.



  • 1-2-1                                                £55 per hour (10 for £500)

  • Small Group                         2 £60/ 3 £80/ 4 £90/ 5 £100

  • Evening Group Circuits                          £10 per person/ 10 for £90


  • 1-2-1                         £65 per hour (Block 10 for £600)

  • Group                  2 £70/ 3 £90/ 4 £100/ 5 £110

  •  Evening Group Circuits                         £12 per person/ 10 for £100


1-2-1 Training

1-2-1 training offers you the ultimate in focused training. Our head coach will work with you intensively to focus on enhancing your fitness through a bespoke series of training sessions.


Group Training

Why not get a group of friends together and help motivate each other? Our team in the office is already working with our Head Coach on core fitness ready for the busy season.


Evening Circuits
